Horrible, horrible, horrible. Even after a year I am still disgusted by my experience with The Sunset Group. The move-out process was frustrating and we were charged for quite a few issues that were not the responsibility of any tenant. We were expected to pay for the removal of the owners things. Ummm, no! With the help of BBB, we were able to recoup some of our losses.\r
Communication was less than desirable and I had to be persistent with email and phone calls to receive a response. It seems as though some of my emails were 'never received'. \r
It is such a shame to have such a negative experience in such a wonderful town.\r
I thought we were going to have a great experience with the Sunset Group because they were so helpful, professional and kind when we were signing the paperwork. No such luck. Read the other reviews to prepare yourself for your experience.
