Sunset Auto Sales

I purchased a used vech from sunset and have yet to NOT have problems with this vech. I have asked numerous times for carfax & SAFETY inspection report. Was told come back, don't have time right now and then when I stated I was going to file a civil suit was told by Mike (the owner)you go ahead and do that then was told "I don't have any paper work for you, I'm all done talking to you"! Have previously filed a complaint with atty general office and was told I am by far not the first person to file a complaint!!! Even the police have record of complaints about this place. more

I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO START. FIRST TIME I SAW THE CAR I WANTED IT. SO I WENT THROUGH ALL THE MOTIONS OF GETTING THE LOAN AND GETTING ALL THE PAPER WORK FOR MY CURRENT VEHICLE. WELL AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR IT HAD PROBLEMS FROM THE TRANSMISSION TO ELECTRICAL ISSUES. NOW HERE'S THE SCREWY PART, THEY WERE NICE TO GIVE ME A LOANER CAR UNTIL MY CAR WAS FIXED .. WELL IT TOOK ALMOST 4 MONTHS FOR THE CAR TO BE FREE FROM ALL ISSUES. THEN I WAS CONFRONTED BY MY LOAN OFFICER ABOUT THE TITLE FOR THE CAR. WELL IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 8 1/2 MONTHS SINCE I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM THEM AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE TITLE AND THEM. IT HAS JUST BEEN EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE ABOUT WHERE THE TITLE IS HOW THERE IS PAPER WORK MISSING AND OTHER'S WHO HAVE BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THEM ABOUT PAPERWORK. SO AS FAR AS THE CAR IS CONCERNED IT IS A GREAT CAR NOW AFTER ALL THE WORK WAS PUT INTO IT TO MAKE IT A GREAT RUNNING CAR. SO IN MY OPINION I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCAHSE A CAR FROM THAT PLACE UNLESS IT IS A CASH TRANSACTION AND THERE IS NO MIDDLE MAN BECAUSE THE BOTTOM LINE IS YOU'LL BE WAITING A VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY LONG TIME FOR IT more

I recently bought a car from sunset auto sales. It was a 1997 cadillac. So far it has been a great purchase. It was cheap and runs great. I have yet to had a problem. Their cars are in great condition for a reasonable price. If you need a used car and are looking for a good car to buy, then go to sunset auto sales because they have a wide variety for a low cost. Highly recommended!! more
