Overall I was very pleased with Sunrise. As I stated before, i'm a customer coming from Bayside VW who was very unhappy there. Now I feel at home with Sunrise. The general staff as well as the technicians all seem great so far. more

I will never go anywhere else 3/3/2011

My sales person was Delroy Wallace. He is the reason I purchased my VW from this dealer. He is a man who is honest and has integrity. These qualities are critical in sales. I went to many different dealerships, this one was not the most convenient but I will never go anywhere else. Everyone I came in contact with through the purchase process was extremely helpful and nice. Thank you. more

Went above and beyond to help in trying resolve the final issue. 3/1/2011

The services that could be done were performed to my satisfaction. The one that could not be done was dissapointing. I would never have thought that a VW would have a design flaw with a major component like a trunk lid release. The gentleman who advised me at your service desk went above and beyond to help in trying resolve the final issue. more

Best car buying experience ever 2/9/2011

Bought a Jetta from Sunrise Volkswagon and was by far the best car buying experience ever. The nicest staff, comfortable sales, nothing is forced on you. They let you make your own decisions. If you are looking for a volkswagon I promise you they will give you the service you deserve. more
