Best donuts in the Redmond / Kirkland / Bellevue area 7/3/2008

These are high-quality donut shop donuts. They are the donuts you would get from the donut shop 15 years ago before the grocery stores started carrying donuts and lowered the quality bar. They cost a couple dollars more per dozen than low-quality grocery donuts, but you get what you came for (a treat). Pros: Best Donuts I have ever had more

Yuck! 8/17/2002

Every once in a while I get a hankering for donuts...so I decided to try this place. What a bad idea! I popped in one morning, grabbed a couple of donuts, took them home. When I opened the bag, the donuts looked old...crumbled around the edges, and drying. Hmmm...I bit into one...then promptly spit it out again. I'm not sure if the frying oil had gone bad, or if the donut had been coated in Pine Sol. In either case, I tossed the donuts instead of eating them. more
