I have been using Sunrise Clean Care for many, many years now because they are professional, always on time, very thorough, and reliable. They stand by their work and, if something is not done right or you are not satisfied, they quickly make you happy. They have good customer service. As a smaller, family-owned business, they have so much pride in and enthusiasm for their work. This makes a big difference because the customer does not get lost...they aim to please their customers. Also, their honesty is very important. I completely trust them in my house. more

A++ for Area Rug cleaning on site 2/8/2010

I had all my wool area rugs cleaned on site at my house and they were dry in a couple of hours. The rugs had there vibrant colors back just like when I purchased them. Reshaun was very professional and worked on the spots till he had them removed. I got a great value for the price and my rugs were like new again. Thanks Sunrise Clean Care! more

Timely, efficient, and they stand behind their work. 2/5/2010

I always refer people with any carpet cleaning needs or problems to Sunrise Clean Care. I have been using them for 10 years because they always show up on time, do what they say, and get stains out like you would not believe. I have never had any problems with them. Sunrise Clean Care has done 2 to 3 homes for me personally and, because I am in the building and remodeling business, I also refer them to my clients. When we had a lot of rain here in September and some past clients of mine had flooding, they had Sunrise come in to dry out their basements. The person showed up on time, explained the cost structure to me before working and then efficiently, but throroughly cleaned my carpets and upholstery. I was very pleased with the service results and the professionalism. more

Sunrise Clean Care Saved The Day! 2/5/2010

You hear about it happening to other homeowners and just never think it will happen to you. With all the rain here in Atlanta, it was inevitable...and it did happen in our home. I was frantic when I called Sunrise, Christa was a calming force for me as she walked me through the steps and assured me all would be ok. AND IT WAS! Reshaun and Darin were professional and trustworthy in my home, their expertise was comforting. In my search for help, I am very fortunate to have happen upon Sunrise Clean Care. Now that this experience is behind us, I will continue to use Sunrise as my Carpet Cleaners, their professionalism and knowledge is #1 in my books! more

Flood water was removed faster than it came in! 2/4/2010

Steve Cameron and his professional staff at Sunrise brought my In-Law's basement back to life after the terrible flooding that occured in our area during 2009. They were amazingly quick and efficient in getting rid of the water, odor and mess. The added value of being friendly, courteous and on-time means not only will I use them again, but I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time! more
