its amazing how you come to this dealership with their advertisement on your lunch hour to see trucks and when you come back a few hours later to buy the truck, the salesman says the price in the newspaper is no longer valid....smells like bait and switch to me. no wonder why people say car salesman are crooks!!!!! i should have known that there is no honesty and integrity at this dealer whatsoever. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE WECLOME AT THIS DEALER. I THOUGHT SOMEONE INTERESTED IN SPENDING 50,000 ON A TRUCK WOULD BE TREATED KINDLY. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. WHEN I ARRIVED, 3 SALEMEN WERE AROUND MY CAR BEFORE I EVEN STEPPED OUT. THEN TWO OF THEM STARTED ARGUING WHO SAW ME FIRST AND USED VERY BAD LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF MY WIFE AND KIDS. I LOOKED AT A 2 TRUCKS AND THEN THE SALESMAN (WHO DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT TRUCKS) ASKED IF I WAS GOING TO BUY TODAY. I REPLIED THAT I WOULD BE READY IN A WEEK. HE THEN SAID TO ME" THEN WHY ARE YOU HERE TODAY? WHY DONT YOU COME BACK NEXT WEEK?? "MY WIFE WAS OFFENDED AND WENT BACK TO OUR CAR. WHEN WE WERE LEAVING, SOME OTHER ASIAN GUY CALLING HIMSELF A MANAGER TOLD US THIS IS WHY WE DONT SELL TO PEOPLE LIKE YOU. WELL THIS IS WHY I BOUGHT MY TRUCK AT HARTZHEIM DODGE IN SAN JOSE. The service from these guys are pathetic. The so called service professionals do'nt even have the basic knowledge about the parts and services. Don't even think about these guys! more

My wife and I finally decided it was time to get a new car. Since we have kids, we needed to get something with a lot of room but with gas prices these days, we thought that a SUV would be too much of a burden on our wallets.....To make a long story short, we narrowed it down to the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country. After being jerked around at other local Chrysler dealerships, I found these reviews and decided to email Scott. I let him know what I wanted in options and how much I can afford. He responded within 5 minutes and suprising to me he actually quoted me well under my intended budget. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was already washed and cleaned and the paperwork was already printed out. After a few signatures my family and I were on the road grinning from ear to ear!!! I was in the market for a Dodge Charger SRT-8 and I did what most internet consumers do....I searched around on the internet for the best possible deal. I managed to get to Sunnyvale Chrysler Jeep Dodge and found the car EXACTLY the way I wanted it. I sent some emails back and forth with the dealer and I got a very aggressive quote from Scott DePeralta. I first thought that this price was way to good to be true so I did some research on Scott to see if this guy has any integrity. Amazingly, I discovered this website has good reviews about Scott. I found out that he is also a member of the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce, the Sunnyvale Rotary Club, and is on the committee for Economic Development for the city of Sunnyvale. Im glad to see that I made a purchase from a reputable person. I wish him all the success in the future. IF YOU BUY FROM ANYONE, BUY FROM SCOTT. Pros: This is the first time I ever purchased a vehicle and actually didnt feel ripped off! Cons: I should have went here first and I could have saved time. more

I had very bad credit and the guys at Sunnyvale Chrysler Jeep Dodge helped get me financed!!! The Internet Manager, Scott DePeralta was so helpful. He answered all my questions and took away the "bad feeling" most dealerships give to buyers. I have recommended Scott to all my friends, family, and co-workers. Im glad that Scott can change the sterotype that salesmen have. Don't deal with these guys. They are not ethical, show some low price to attract people, then they change terms saying you have to finanance with them to get the deal. I simply wasted my time with these guys. I had really bad experince with Bob Mann, General Sales Manager , Shaz Moshenzadegan Finanance Manager and Mike Farantino Sales Man. more
