Sunnyside Dental

I have been delaying my dental check up for a few years now, yes I know!, but I decided I had to do something about that, I went on Google and found Dr. Volker online and of course read the great reviews thinking I`m gonna give it a try. Wow was the reviews dead on!!, I have never encountered a Dr./Dentist of his caliber and professionalism, from the moment I entered the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Volker has a great way of making you feel at ease and he actually talks and listen to You! unlike so many others in that profession that lack client orientation. He was so thorough in explaining step by step what was going on and what had to be done, we went through the X-rays, and that was my first! His assistant was great too!. I am just so happy that I finally found Dr. Volker and his crew, can`t praise them enough!! more

Ive never had the greatest luck with dentists in my past. I never seemed to find a dentist I was completely comfortable with. It was either that they were impersonable, or pushy, arrogant, and just way too eager to dictate the seemingly most expensive option without any alternatives. So, needless to say, my dentist visits were limited to one every few (quite a few, actually) years and my dental health suffered. But then, I met Dr. Volker. Let me say, right from the start i felt at ease and comfortable. From the moment I walked in the door of the office I was greeted with a very friendly welcome and a smile, which is always nice and rare these days. When Dr. Volker was ready for me he came out to the waiting area and walked me back to the chair and made some easy going conversation on our way back. What a personable guy. He takes the time to explain the process of the work he's doing and what your options are. He's a very skilled and talented dentist and his work is impeccable. His assistant, Andrea, is professional, friendly, and takes the time to make sure I'm comfy. What a great team they make. I can go on and on about how fantastic each of my visits (and there have been a few this year alone!) have been, but I recommend you see for yourself!!! I rate it 5 bright smiles!!! Dr. Volker is fantastic! I have been going to him for over 4 years. He used to be in a practice walking distance from my house but he moved but I continue to go to him. He is excellent. My teeth come out white and clean. He never hurts and does not rush you. I would never go to anyone else. My Dad hates going to the dentist and I told him how I like Dr. Volker and he started going there. My Dad retired and lives in FL but plans his dentist visits for when he is in NY so he can see Dr. Volker. Best dentist! Pros: everything more

Dr. Volker is an excellent dentist. He is very professional, and very personable. I always have a pleasant visit, even through root canals. I will not go to another dentist. I moved to scranton, pa, and still come back to queens for my dental visits. After going to Dr. Volker, I will not let another dentist near my mouth. I am scared to go to the dentist, when I had to go for an emergency due to a really bad tooth pain, a friend of mine had recommended me to this place and I must say that my fear of the dentist is finally gone. my friend told me how unique this dental care was. at first i didn't believe what i was told and i assumed it was some ordinary dental care. turns out i was wrong. i decided to go in for an appointment and i have to admit these dentists have great skills(not to mention they are also respectful to their patients). due to their great work, it looks like they found another loyal patient. =D Pros: best dental care in the NYC!! I have never written a review about a place before but I just had to say something about Dent-Care. My tooth ached for months before I decided to do somthing about it. I looked up dentists in the Woodside/Sunnyside/LIC Area and after a few disasterous experiences I found a gem in Dent-Care Dental Offices in Sunnyside. The staff is courteous and kind and the doctors have a way of making you feel comfortable even when your in the chair. They are very knowledgable and the cost was even lower than I expected. It was just a great experience. My tooth problems are all gone and I found a permanent dentist in Doctor Volker. Thanks! Pros: Great Price, service and quality more
