Sunny Side Childcare has undergone new management as of June 2017. They have made a multitude of new changes and improvements...full teaching staff, new playground equipment, interior and exterior building upgrades, and an amazing new director! The overall atmosphere is much happier and fun. more

While my children attended Sunnyside because of convenient location, my daughters education was great while under the Ms Cindy. However, when she was no longer the teacher the classroom became disorganized, and the teaching went downhill. While my son was in the younger class, he was moved around because of lack of staffing. My son's preschool education was seriously lacking. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless it is simply for before or after school care for your school agers. Sharon the Director of Sunnyside, seems frustrated, unprofessional, and does very little to no follow up. As a past client, I asked for documentation for the amount spent in childcare for last year for tax purposes, and she simply refused to give me the information. Keep your own financial records, since you may be overcharged, due to her poor record keeping. more

My son started in the infant room and has always loved the teachers at Sunnyside. The school age program has eased some of my worries for kindergarten. After spending some time with the school agers, my son knows what school bus will pick him up when he starts school and that he will get on that bus with his friends. If you are looking for a flexible, caring second home for your child I would recommend Sunnyside. more

Unfortunately living in this area makes me limited. If more choices this would not be the place. Director is not good at taking any criticism or opinions and gets offended if u have concerns. And its very loud and unorganized. Only giving two stars instead of one due to my child liking it in the beginning before changes were made. more
