There cusomer service is sub standard They are difficult to deal with . Bought two batterys both failed . When i bought them I was not told anything about paying for shipping in the event they failed . First one failed they replaced it no charge no shipping cost. Second one goes bad i follow there exact instructions returned the top of the battery and the plugs [ They did not tell me or did it say anything on my paper work about sending a money order for $ 15.00 ] I shipped the parts they requested priority mail on me so I could get a replacment battery quickly. The received it and a week later I called them twice no responce. I finally reach there customer service return representative same gal I spoke to and told me what to return to them. Now she tells me I did not send a money order for $ 15.00 . Very un professional i get passed form one to another finally I reach a supervisor who tell me thats there policy. They have no written paper work stating this. I do not trust this companys products two failed batterys
I gave them good recomendations when i bought the batterys since i did like the advantage of having four posts 2 positive 2 negitive. i told my friends about this battery. Now they changed there policy with out saying anything and expect me not to say anything. They made no attempt to resolve this. I took a chance on this company buying two batterys sending my friends there and now at the end of the day they are not smart enough to make me happy by seeing the situatiion for what it is. I just bought two new shorai batterys some where else and they have lost me as well as many more because there so difficult to deal with. I hope this review reaches people I gave a very fair account of how poorly I was treated. I hope the main principals of this company read this review. i am not an angry person just honest. You never know who your talking to on the other end of the phone and your actions speak for the company you reperesent.
