The technicians that provide excellent customer service. However, I have been taking my car to Sunland tire for six years and have experienced them to be trustworthy. On 1/29/14 had my car towed to the same location as usual and was unable to complete the requested work due to time constraints. The technician was unhappy. I apologize fir the inconvenience. They where gracious to accommodate my request. Please commend then for their time and patience they are so deserving if it. Sincerely, longtime customer more

fix everything but the problem 11/14/2013

I had to take my car in 4 times to get the anti-lock brake system fixed and the "miss" my engine experienced while driving. The left wheel hubs were replaced, but the skittering in the brakes is worse than ever and the engine still misses while driving. I spent over $1200 and the problem is not even slightly better. more

Clean up the grease 11/10/2013

Always friendly and helpful! I had work done on my tires and all the grease on my rims proves it. Would have liked the mechanics to have cleaned up after themselves more

Honest Auto Repair 9/30/2013

Don't let the name fool you, it's more than tires. I take my auto there for all services. Finally I've found an honest auto repair shop! I didn't even like to take mine to the dealer for service because of the up-sale and scare tactics. This shop has friendly and fast service, I always recommend them to friends and family. more
