Front desk persons are very friendly and manager is very helpful and tries to do everything she can to help out. Am very pleased with service and plan to continue to do business with them for a very long time. more

Stay away from Sundance 10/26/2010

If you want an ethical, honest, prompt, caring, concerned, property manager then find another company. I have had a stove that went missing. I have funds that have not been refunded for over two months. I have had the keys to my house become unavailable, not found, do not have, etc etc etc. The excuses are unending. The lack of responsibility is amazing. If you have any issue, it is ignored. If anything says "Sundance"- stay away. more
