Fireplace Heats During an Outage! 3/23/2012

Living in Western Washington means lots of power outages. I had to replace my gas fireplace insert and I was so thankful that the Sundance consultant suggested getting a radiant model that didn t require an electric blower. It is WONDERFUL to have heat during power outages. I was also pleasantly surprised how well it heated our living area and upstairs bedroom with no blower! The whole processes from sales to installation went very smoothly and we were VERY satisfied! more

Sundance lacks customer service and will rip you off 6/9/2009

I called them for a suspected leak of my fireplace, it turn out after 3 visits is by their technician they replaced a valve and a pilot tube it cost me $975.55. All I asked them is to install an extra valve since the current floor valve, I have does not have a key. The service man said he will do that for me as part of the package repair and won’t charge me fore for it; like as if they did not already exuberantly charged me. I called them several times that this was not done and they never return my call I tried complaining to their manager Curtis he has been avoiding me. Don’t know what to do now other than all Jesse (King 5) on them. more

Trustworthy Natural Gas Service 4/11/2006

Natural gas makes my wife nervous. She imagines the house may blow up someday. It's unlikely to happen. But she wants to know the company installing and inspecting our natural gas appliances knows what they are doing. Sundance Energy Services is a small and friendly company located in Bothell. They cost a little more than some other providers. But they have always been very straight forward and trustworthy in their dealings with our family. They are prompt, organized, and clear about their billing. I wish more home contractors had this simple approach to doing business. more
