Sundance Car Wash

Worst management i have ever seen. The service was horrible. I dont know who runs it but they need to be fired asap! Carwash sucked, my 5 year old could have done a way better job. And seriously the stupid little teenage girls working the registers they were rude and immature! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! more

Wow, great customer service, my first time there and they treated me with respect and like they knew me. My car was very dirty and to tell you the truth, I haven't washed my car in over 2 months. When they were done with it, wow, like new. The people there were super friendly and fast. I feel bad that I didn't tip them very well for the hard work they did for me, I catch them the next time I go there, Yes I Will Go Back! From the looks of my car, they must use some outstanding products. Thanks Guys! Pros: Great Customer Service and Products. Cons: Cann't think of any. more

Slippery when wet!! \r \r Tried to take advantage of me. Guess they think women are stupid. The sales clerk touched me on my arm while trying to sell me a sevice. Keep an eye on their every move. A worker accessed the trunk of my car without permission and shoved my belongings around then left sopping wet shampooed carpet-mats inside stuck together. Interior carpeting was left sopping wet and the manager tried several tricks to endear himself to me then upsell unnecessary rubber mats to me after his staff tore my brand new rubber mats. Then his worker had the nerve to say this disaster was MY fault! They did nothing to dry the carpet out more so I have to leave my car windows open for 2 days so the carpet can dry. If I hadn't asked where my original carpet-mats were I never would have guessed they were in the trunk making my belongings and trunk liner moldy! Poor form Sundance! A big ZERO. Pros: Price. You get what you pay for... Cons: Slippery sales and shameless up-selling of products. Staff damaged my mats. more
