Don't buy Suncoast! 6/28/2011

I wouldn't buy another Chrysler product if they paid me the purchase price! We have a 2006 Jeep Liberty, bought at Suncoast Jeep brand new. The Jeep has been back over 8 times for a window regulator repair on all of the windows. Since 2006 Chrystler has acknowledged that there is a problem and made upgrades/repairs to the design flaw. Instead of fixing the problem permanently, Suncoast continues to use the... old design so that we have to bring the Jeep back in for repairs at approximately $100 each. As long as this problem is not solved permanently, look for the Mitsubishi with its windows painted ""Do Not Buy Suncoast Jeep."" Also look for the bad reviews and viral videos posted by me and other unsatisfied customers online. more

I moved from out of state and selected Suncoast to service my 3 Chryslers. I move alot due to my work and had a tire chain servicing my vehicles in the past. You really get what you are paying for. You can find a super cheap oil change anywhere. Also most vehicles end up with the dealer anyway for complex repairs. The little guys do not send their techs to brand specific training. I have found the other guys guess with your $$ and when they give up they send you to the dealer. Skip the middle man and give them a try. Tami is my advisor. She is super busy for a reason. The best service I have ever gottten, this is over 4 states and 40 years of driving. more

Might be a good place to buy a car, but not service cars 7/15/2010

Took my vehicle in for a basic job and it was done poorly. Had to take back and was given wrong information. Also found that an item was broken (potential safety hazard) and they did nothing about it. Noted it on the service receipt, but did not let me know. I definitely would have had them fix it. I own a couple Chrysler vehicles and this place will never see any of them. Cons: Bad service, customer service is lacking more

Great Place To Buy A Car! 6/4/2009

I had the best experience with purchasing a Jeep from Suncoast Chrysler Jeep. Not only was my sales person very helpful, respectful, and polite, but he was very easy to work with and made me feel very comfortable about my big purchase. I never felt pressured to buy now or to rush into a car. My salesperson made sure I understood everything and at no point did I ever feel confused or unsure about anything, from the selecting of the car to the finances. I also very much liked the family aspect of the dealership. It is family owned and run. From the moment I stepped on the lot I could feel that it was different from other dealerships I have been to. It was a warm, welcoming, friendly environment. I will be doing business with Suncoast Chrysler Jeep in the future. I had an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone! Pros: good people. good service Cons: buying a car cost a lot of money more
