Fast, Friendly & Accurate Service 5/18/2015

Whenever I call I am accommodated at a mutually convenient time. The works is efficient and affordable...plus it is done correctly the first time. They help by spotting safety issues when necessary and track what is needed "next" in the computer so I don't have to remember to ask for the correct service. I am completely satisfied with Sunbury Motors. more

SERVICE REVIEW 3/25/2015

Had service done recently. Time frame took longer than expected. Technician broke a piece of trim trying to install it, then the service dept. reordered the part for the next day and it came in broken, so it needed to be reordered once again. Luckily I was given a loaner car so it made things easier, however, I had to make an extra trip (1 1/2 hours) to come back to pick my car up. Also the inside of my roof liner and visor cover had dirty fingerprints all over it from the installation of the roof liner. I wish they would have been a little more careful there. more
