We have a weiner dog who is not good with strangers and this was made clear to the vet before the dog was examined. The vet, Wendy Glover, gave a muzzle to my mom to put on the dog. The muzzle was too big so the vet decided to mess with it. This scared the dog and she nipped the vet's the cuticle area. After being nipped the vet said because she was behind in her rabbies shot the dog would have to be reported to the authorities and, "may have to be put down". My mom, in tears, asked if wecould give her the shot. The vet refused and then proceed to examine our dog, who ended up having a spinal disk problem. She was more than happy to prescribe steriods but would do nothing to make her current on her shots. This is not the first time our dog has been to this vet. In fact, all of our dogs have been going to Sunburst Animal Hospital for years. This is our first experience with Wendy. I just have never had a vet tell me my dog may be put down in such a callous way. She is talkin
