I have had my kids in this center for 10 years. It is the best daycare ever. I have been to others that are smelly and teachers dont care.I would recommend this Daycare 100% they teach the kids interact and spend time with them. Pros: BEST STAFF more

This is not a review for the daycare but for the Citysearch website. Still trying to understand why two ratings of one star, one rating of two stars, and two ratings of five stars warrants a rating by Citysearch of 4 stars. If the ratings are weighted evenly, at most, the daycare should receive 3 stars. In addition to this the 5 star ratings are at least 2 years old!!!! No defference is given to the fact that one of the bad ratings included personal injury to a child which the daycare had no idea how it occurred. This speaks very poorly of Citysearch's rating system and makes me want to stay away from this website for any references. more

My child went to this school. I had no other choice since it was the only one at the time that had any openings. The schools smelled bad and the teaches were inexperienced and very uninvolved. My child was 3 when she started and now is 5. She was constantly loosing her belongings and was always filthy dirty when she came home. The directors are nice people but I was never late and when I owed $25 and my child was out for a while they acted like I owed them hundreds. My daughter is a quite and sweet child that they would always say good things about and never got in trouble but she would tell me that the teachers were not nice to her not sure what that meant but that?s why I took her out. Also the teachers never interacted with the children nor never sent home any reports or even communicated with the parents at all well not me nor my husband at least. I would not recommend this school for your child. more

I absoulutly hate this place. 2 things were determining factors as to why I took my 4 year old daughter out of this godforsaken place. 1) My daughter had dislocated her arm while at the center. I was not called. The sad thing was I only worked next door the center and they couldn't walk the 50 feet to tell me she was hurt. When I picked her up around 5:45 pm, she told me that her arm was hurting. When I took a look at it, it was visibly swollen and she could not move it. When I asked the teacher what happened she told me that she didn't know. I had to pass through my work when my co-workers stopped me. My daughter told my co-workers and I that she had hurt it after the afternoon snack (about 2-3pm). I took her to the hospital, and they reset her arm. I unfortunatly had to leave her at the center for a few more weeks until I could find another pre-school. When asked if they had an accident report written, they said no. They never produced an accident report to myself or my caseworker when it was requested. 2) As soon as I walked in the door of the center one night, the director Robert, started telling me how horrible my daughter was acting that day. He told me that she is border-line special needs and that he just can't handle her behavior. I explained to him, for the 5th time, that she does have behaviorial issues and is not special needs. He continued to talk to me in a disrespectful way. The next week I told Elizabeth, the co-director, that this was my daughter's last week. There was and is no reason that Robert should talk to me like that. My daughter is now out of that place is doing very well at her new pre-school. As for these people they should be out of business and not allowed to work with children again! Pros: Close to work Cons: No notification if child is hurt more

My child has been going to sunbright for a month now and i don't want to say i HATE this place but I do not plan on staying here any longer. When you walk into the building, there is a stuffy, funny smell. I can't describe it but it smells a little bad. My child's items are always being misplaced (another parent went home with my child's bottle, my baby's saline drops were in another baby's diaper bag, etc). Pacifers are on the floor with other babys chewing on them as well. When I pick up my child, I have to remove other childrens' belongings out of my child's diaper bag. The teachers in there are completely unorganized and I am on the grind of finding another daycare now. Pros: close to my job Cons: misplaced items, unsanitary more

My daughter has been there for over 3 1/2 years and I couldnt ask for anything more! The owners and staff are very nice and they take wonderful care of my daughter. Wouldnt take her anywhere else!!! Pros: Educational! Healthy meals, activities, music classes Cons: not enough parking :( more
