I am pretty happy with what Sunbelt-Solar did for me. They came out pretty quick and got the solar hot water heater in. They came out at 9 in the morning and stayed until it was done, which was pretty late in the evening. They definitely gave a good effort. As soon as it was hooked up it was running good. I am very happy with everything Sunbelt-Solar did for me. It was a very good price, and the system is working perfectly. There have been no problems so far. They worked hard to set it up and have it inspected. The only thing is that I have a contract with out of state financing, and I have tried to contact them 3 times and I have had no response. That is not Sunbelt-Solar itself, but I have not been able to deal with the financing. Other than that, there has been no problems. RESPONSE FROM Sunbelt-Solar: Since this system was installed a year ago, we have begun using a new finance company. We now offer same as cash 0% financing through EnerBank. We have had no complaints about our 3rd party financing since we made the switch. more

My setup was more difficult because it was in a cramped attic, but they made it work! They got an 80 gallon tank up there, installed everything else properly, and the system works great! I've had the tank unplugged since the day they left. I'm getting 100% of my hot water from the sun right now (June in Texas). I ordered 2 panels, which meant more work for them (and the 80 gallon tank was as tight squeeze in my attic) but they managed to get it all done before bedtime. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Sunbelt solar helped line up the rebates and tax credits. As soon as that was complete a three man team showed up including a master plumber. The install was complete in about half a day and the sales rep showed up to make sure I was understood how to operate the system and that everything went smoothly. They even send me a reminder at tax time for the federal tax rebate. more
