These guys are a joke! They never return phone calls, are not ready to help, and make it as hard as possible to rent equipment. Reserving equipment and making pick up arrangements...

These guys are a joke! They never return phone calls, are not ready to help, and make it as hard as possible to rent equipment. Reserving equipment and making pick up arrangements seemed to exceed the capabilities of the counter guys. Both the Broomfield branch and Centennial branch are very good at wasting your time. We were also lied to about availability of what we wanted. We were told it was available from one person and another person said it wasn?t. When we addressed the issue they just said ?oh-well?. The only thing this company has going for them is the pretty color green. . . Pros: Their equipment is the pretty color green Cons: Poor customer service, unwilling to help, time wasters more
