The man from Sun & Earth Inc. installed a cooler and did some updating of duct work. They are responsive which is nice. I wish there was more clarity on what I am being charged for-sometimes he charges me for maintenance or little extras and sometimes he doesn't. more

  • Welcome to Sun & Earth, Inc.Green building & green living has never been easier. Sun and Earth, Inc. has been green before green was main stream. We have the knowledge and experience you need for your next green building or green energy efficient project! Many of these systems have Federal & State credits available—we can help you decide what’s best for you.Sustainable building & remodeling:We specialize in sustainable building for new construction including adobe, rammed earth construction as well as other more traditional building methods working with design/build practices that provide you with the most energy efficient, sustainable home possible.Contact us today so we can start building your sustainable dream home! We also do remodeling of existing homes to bring sustainable, environmental friendly, energy efficient living to your home. We offer a free consultation to walk through your home, analyze your needs, recommend which systems should be in place first or which you can postpone and provide you with a plan based on your budget that will give you the most for your money.Energy efficient air conditioning:In New Mexico, keeping cool is a necessity during our warm months. With the days hotter than some of our best green chile you’ll want to keep cool while saving money and energy. The best way to do that is with an OASys™ Seer 40 Plus Air Conditioner that delivers air 50% colder than a standard evaporative cooler. It also provides 80% reduction in energy consumption, superior air quality, low maintenance and environmentally friendly! It qualifies for the El Paso Electric’s EPESaver™ High Efficiency Cooling Program which is money right back in your pocket!Solar water heating: Using the Sun’s energy to heat your waterSun and Earth are distributors of ezinc Solar Water Heaters. During the day, a heat transfer liquid is heated in the panel, then circulates into a heat transfer coil inside the tank on the roof. As the liquid transfers heat to the water, the liquid cools and circulates back into the panel to be heated again. Now that’s hot water! What better way to save money than to use the Sun to heat your water! Other systems are available as well. We help you decide what’s best for you!Sustainable roof coating:Sustainable roof coating can save you money while helping the environment. A recent statement made by Secretary of Energy Steven Chu encouraged painting roofs white as an effective tool in reducing energy use from air conditioning. The advantages are so much more! With a sustainable roof your energy bill will be lower
your roof will last longer and require less maintenance than a traditional roof. Your roof will no longer be a heat collection source but will be a reflective tool to help your home stay cool.Contact us today for a free estimate!Licensed # 81381.
