These guys promised us a quick repair but went off with our TV for about a month.They also rang back to tell us that they were ordering more and more parts..after they had our large TV already.Basically, it left us with no choice but to agree on the phone.\r After that followed weekly cancellations to return our TV.\r We have been really shocked and feel cheated with the service.\r Everytime we would call the guy from SUN he would say ok, 50 off or something illegible of that sort.\r \r Highly unprofessional and we strongly would ask you not to get these guys into your homes. more

Warranty Provide 5/10/2007

I got my TV at Fry's electronic, but I did not buy the warranty during that time. Suddenly, my TV got no power one day. Luckly me, I were introduce to Sun TV from a friend of mine. Sun TV were not only provide fast services but also fix it for CHEAP PRICES! These guy do house calls and sell extend warranty for all kind of manufactures. Thus, I brought my extend warranty with these guy, it makes me no worry from on. These guy can do it for cheap and my best recommanded that if you don't have a warranty or your warranty got expires, then you can always call Sun TV to buy it. more

good job and great service... 7/29/2005

i shud definitly appreciate the job done by these guys.....they gave me a custimised service .they came home and fixed my tv and charged very less....then i paid them more bcos i was very happy with their quick job....and now my tv is working very good.... more
