If I could give ZERO stars I would but you're forced to put at least 1. This dealership is full of employees who are rude, lie to you and difficult to deal with. We went to Sun in August of 2014 because they mailed us a "pre-approved" letter. When we met with the salesman he basically wouldn't show us anything except the 2014 Camry even when I told him it was more expensive than we would like, he said "they could make it work", we spent HOURS with him while they tried to put a deal together and when they couldn't make the numbers work after almost 4 hours (plus an hour drive there) we left but not before our sales rep got an attitude with us and became extremely rude because we wouldn't "Try the high payment", seriously, they asked me to just try making a payment I said I could not afford. Fast forward to March 2015 where I get pulled over for having a "stolen tag" and come to find out that they transferred my tag before we even signed any paperwork and then NEVER transferred it back! I called and left messages for someone to call me back, no call back. Then I call and get Donald in accounting on the line and he is rude with me, the person who was treated like a criminal for a mistake HE MADE. This is one of the absolute worst dealerships I have ever dealt with, I would NEVER recommend them. I have told everyone I know to stay far, far away from them and I will continue to do so. Save yourself a lot of trouble and headache and go somewhere else. I ended up buying a car recently from Crown Kia and they were amazing, a completely different experience and it went so much better than with Sun.
