Response to loverleep Dispatch made an error sending repair van to Westside instead of Eastside....same street and numbers... Repair van was going to be maybe one hour latter than originally told customer, but still was going to be there the same day. Customer chose to wait for a different company the NEXT day. more

Best Follow Through I have ever experienced!!! 8/2/2010

I had a serious problem with my AC in my house, and they came out right away after a very nice chat on the phone to make sure they knew what was going on. Later in the day, I called back about something else and they were nice enough to come out AGAIN to help out! I cant say enough nice things about this group of people. They helped me so much that I hope you give them a call so they can do the same for you! Pros: Great customer service, way beyond expectations! Cons: Since they are good, they are in high demand! ;-) more

No Show 7/10/2010

Called Thursday, gave us window of 11-3 on Friday, called numerous times always ""on their way."" The first time they called us, couldn't find house - we're on eastside, they were on westside. Said they'd be right over (10-15 minute drive). After an hour, we called and they decided to do another house closer. 2 hours later, we called again and they were way down in the south. At 4:00, I called them and canceled. They knew right away who we were, even though I'd never called them before (my wife did all the calling prior). Called Just Air and they told us Sat, between 9-11 and asked if they could come sooner, please do. They called Sat morning at 7:15 and said they'd be here in 20 minutes and we here on the dot. My wife, 10 year old and dog were miserable an extra day because of this company. Too many companies eager for your business to waste time with this one. Pros: Unknown - Never showed Cons: Untimely, don't keep promises, poor communication more
