Nice but a rip off 5/26/2008

I have tanned many a times at their Avon & Brownsburg locations.\r There beds are very nice but when I say a rip off...They base your tanning upon units, which is fine but I have been ripped off now twice by them saying I had no units left when in fact I had just bought packages and then they had the gull to say I have no units left when I hadn't even used them due to I had been in hospital for neck'/spine surgery...\r They will rip you off on your units, I am not the first this has happened to and whats even worse, they do NOT care!\r I asked that a manager call me and have they as of yet - NO!\r I have literally between these two tanning salons spent 1000+ over last 2-3 yrs and I will NEVER go back! more
