I had a driveway put in about two years ago. After winter, a portion of the driveway near the garage door began to sink. I was told this might happen just because of the natural settling that occurs after the freezing and thawing during winter. I called Mr. Balbo and disused the issue. A few weeks later, the owner came to repair the driveway. After this winter, the repair is still looking great and my wife and I couldn't be happier. \r \r I've read the other reviews here that weren't that great. While I can't comment on their individual experiences, it seems like things might have changed for the better. I can definitely recommend this company. more

I had Sun Blessed Landscaping design and install a retaining wall, patio, and sitting wall.?It was a pretty big job.? ?I could not have been happier with the?results.? Poor workmanship. Pavers are separating. Cement was used instead of metal edging to hold them in place. Cement is moving, so now are the pavers. Many spots have sunk in also. I too have called and asked for it to repaired..... Other landscapers have told me they did it improperly and would fire the foreman on the spot if they saw this work had been approved. more

We had damages resulting from the poor workmanship arising from the installation of a ""stratford stone driveway that cost us $11,500.00. Sections of the driveway are sinking from our cars pulling in and out. It is not level like it should be. The driveway was installed in Oct. 2007. Had problems right away and had to have the entire driveway re-done in june 2008. Had problems again shortly after it was re-done. Gary Peterman came out to look at it and agreed that sections had to be re-done and said that he would fix it and never did. That was back in 2008! He will not return our phone calls. Gary Peterman did NOT stand by his ""full five year gauranty"" and deliver ""customer satisfaction"" to us. I also would not recommend this contractor! Very poor workmanship. more

I had a beautiful patio completed in summer of 2003 which had a five year guarantee costing over $31,000. I had noticed in a few years that the stone wall was separating and leaning and the gate would not close properly. The problem just kept getting worse. I called Sun Blessed Landscaping, and when I told Gary Peterman what the problem was, he told me he was afraid of that. He certainly did not tell me that when he wanted the job. This year I have made numerous calls to him and left messages, but he will not contact me. I would not recommend this contractor! Poor workmanship and no consideration to even look at the wall. more
