Amazing Place 6/11/2013

Brought our car in and got the best service. A great place for all but really good for women because it's hard to find a place you can trust to not take advantage when you may not know everything about cars. :) I would recommend Sun Automotive to anyone and will continue to go there as long as I have cars! more

Great customer service but overpriced 5/17/2013

I came to Sun Automotive to get my brakes inspected and possibly serviced. The gentlemen were nice and friendly and didn't try to scam me because I am a woman. However they wanted to charge me $335.00 to replace the shoes on my rear drum brakes on my 2004 Dodge Stratus. I did my research and found I could replace the shoes myself for $65.00! I also called other local businesses to see what they charge and found that other highly rated shops were still only charging half of what Sun Automotive wanted. more

Flexibility in scheduling the an analysis of the problem (turned out to be minor ) and not expensive. 5/12/2013

Great effort to get it done by the end of the day...and though I couldn't pick it up that evening , it was ready early the next morning for me to get to work and a medical appointment. Well done, guys! more

EXCELLENT Customer service, know their stuff 3/25/2013

Although they were busy they fit in troubleshooting my car problem the same day and let me know what was needed. Fixed it the next day, and went out of their way to do extra things: fixed my seat belt, helped me dispose of a broken-down tv in my backseat, saving me a trip to the dump! more

Diagnosed the problem and made estimate of cost and time to repair. Everything delivered as promised. Helpful and courteous staff. Make sure staff uses seat covers to protect seat. got a little dirt on mine. THANKS! more
