They never got to my car even after an appointment and also unhappy with Alignment done as well. 3/3/2014

I'm not happy with this place. I had made an appointment the week before to get my car looked at. I had dropped my car off like I had mentioned at 11AM. They had my car all day never got to.. It's like why did I even bother making an appointment if they couldn't get to my car.. Not to mention after I had my car in for an alignment I was still getting bad front end viberation at around 60.. and they wanted to charge me another $80.. So... would I take my car back to sun... nope... not at all.. more

Sun Auto is a local business you can trust with your car. They will take care of you and your vehicle, through and through - from affordable rates to quality service, and communication during the whole process. No one enjoys going to the mechanic and awaiting that inevitable 'bad news' of all that your car needs worked on... but they make it truly worry-free and are people you can count on to be fair and honest. more

SAVES YOU MONEY 2/7/2014

I had to get a door hinge (called door check) because driver's door wouldn't close. The connection on door was bad for door hinge so Sun Automotive told me I had to get a new door. Sun Automotive takes pride in their customers and saved me money through their recommended welder so I didn't have to buy a new door. My old door was like new again! I can't remember when it shut so good. Thank you Sun Automotive for saving me money. Sun Automotive "shines" for their customers. more

always tells you what is the real problem. never fixes anything without consent. love it that you vacuum interior. but I did not get a carwash coupon last visit, small over site. you guys are great. more

I have been taking my cars to Sun for over 12 years and know with conviction that they look out for me, my safety, and my budget. They always explain what processes occurred and why and give me options. Their friendliness and honesty are something I have taken for granted for years and simply expect. I couldn't say that about any other automotive company or even general business. Their motive is to take the best care of my cars possible. Period. I trust them with my cars and the lives of my family in my cars. more
