I had been with Summit Lawn and Landscape for going on 3 years. I have never really paid attention to my lawn, but this year I have decieded to spend the money to ensure that I have a great looking lawn next season.\r

I called them and asked if I could have a sales rep come out and go over a action plan to detail what I needed to have done this year to have my lawn look better moving forward.\r
\r
Garrett, one of their managers, basically said no. He had been out to my lawn a few weeks ago and didnt have an interest in meeting me so we could put a plan together of how I could spend MORE money with the company.\r

I called and left a message with the owner and basically for the same answer. He compained about not making any money on my treatments. DUH,thats what were talking about make additional money. All I asked is that I have a consultant come out so I could show them my issue spots and get the plan going. After him complaining out his low profit magins I basically said no as well. Keep in mind in 3 years I have faithfully paid my bills on time, only had them back out a few times. So I was an easy custome to get along with.\r

After arguing about it for 10-15 minutes be told me to F*CK Off and hung up. Very professional. A customer asking tospend more money with his company being told that. Im sure I wasnt the most pleasant person while we were bicering back and fourth, but still.......My lawn looks the worst is has in 6 years of living here. I guess you get what you pay for and shouldnt go with the low cost provider.
