I'll tell you that I'm from a restaurant in the south-west metro, and just had a tour with a bunch of my fellow employees. Damien really knows his S**T! Unbelievable guide through the brewery, great execution on the answered questions! All the myths about any other beers I had were dispelled! I would recommend a tour to anyone who ever has doubts about summit! They have my Vote! Rock on Damien! more

Best Minnesota Brewing Company 8/20/2005

I have to say that I am torn between Summit and Schell's for #1 in Minnesota, but I think Summit takes it. The awesome goodness of EPA and IPA make them a handy beer to pick up at any time without worries that it might be bad. Then their seasonals are just as good. There is no better beer than their Oatmeal Stout, and the others are nearly as good. It should be required that all bars in St. Paul carry Summit. That is a warning... more
