Summerview Apartments

I've lived at Summerview Apartments for over three years and highly recommend it. It has everything I want in an apartment complex. The apartments are affordable, the maintenance staff is quick and knowledgeable, and the location is perfect to nearly everything on the north side of Columbus. \r \r Other features: an outdoor pool, close access to the Polaris Mall, close access to I-71 and I-270. There is also an apartment clubhouse that is available for rent. I used it earlier this year for a birthday party for my wife.\r \r Whenever I've had any type of maintenance issue, the staff responded very quickly. One note, Donna, the office manager is a sweetheart. She is very personable and is always willing to answer any question and help with any problem I've had. She's yet another reason to live and stay at Summerview Apartments! more

I have been staying in Summerview for the past 4 years now. Overall it has been a pleasant experience staying here. The management is pretty proactive - in terms of maintaining the infrastructure (inside and outside the apartments), hats off to the maintenance guys, they are always walking around in the morning and keeping the grounds clear of litter. Though the rent is comparatively higher than other similar apartments but the inclusion of washer and dryer and the close proximity to Chase office building, Polaris fashion mall, restaurants, parks etc makes a difference. Just wish that the 2BHK apartments had an additional bathroom. more

My family and I have lived here for about a year and half and we love it! It is in a very safe neighborhood around the corner from the polaris mall and numerous restaurants. There are also several parks within a short driving distance if you want to enjoy the outdoors. The office staff is very friendly, the apartments are quiet and clean, and the few times we've had maintenance issues(all minor) they were fixed the same day. more
