Summerfield Place Apartments

This is the worst renting experience our family has had. Started out like a nice place to live and only got increasingly worse over the duration of our lease. Neighbors are horrible and children are out of control. Noise levels are extreme. The walls are paper thin to where people can hear every word being spoken in your home. Don't expect privacy living here. I've heard full conversations of my neighbors just standing in my kitchen or bedroom. Rent is reasonable but not for the problems it comes with. Management does the bare minimum to help tenant issues. Advice given by them are only temporary fixes, and cause more issues than results. Basically all complaints fall on deaf ears. Nice place to live if you are just starting out, but not a place to raise a family. Save yourself a world of trouble and stress and do not live here. more

The landlords are manipulative, they don't tell you the facts upfront and then screw you over and charge you for fees that you were never told about. I do not recommed this place for anyone, they don't care about their residents at all, they tell you one thing and another one thing. The apartments are dirty, not like the new clean one that they show you. The carpets are sticky and dirty, there are lots of minor damages everywhere that they don't care to fix, so be aware and make sure to write everything down and take pictures, or you will be screwd too. Whatever lies they tell you about how much they care about their residents, it's all lies, once you move in is when you see how manipulative and careless people the managers are.
