Unkind sales ladies 4/15/2013

The women who work at Sullums were very rude to me. I had called with very specific questions a few days prior, and a very nice lady answered all my questions. So I assumed I would have a good experience there. Wow was i wrong!! They treated me like an ignorant child. Thankfully, the women at Head to Toe were much kinder and light years more helpful. I will never go to Sullums again. more

Unbelievably Horrible 2/16/2013

Went for a set appointment to have my bridal party wait for 20 minuets while the women were gossiping with each other. Left after being insulted. more

Horrible 8/1/2010

The owner of this place is by far the rudest woman I have ever met in my entire life. I dont even know where to start but from the time I called with my measurements to the wedding has been an awful experience. I found out I was pregnant abt 1 month after the dresses were ordered and the women lied about ordering the fabric on numerous occasions. Now the wedding is in 4 weeks and I have no idea what I am going to so. This place is a nightmare - spend a little more and go somewhere else! more

Very Unprofessional 3/3/2010

Needed a "mother of the groom" dress. Sales person pointed at the wall. Never came to help with the zippers while trying them on. When I asked for other colors, she made me come back to the desk to look at the swatches. I did have a favorite until I was told it would take 13 weeks for a simple long dress. Never will recommend them. more

Sullums Bridals had the lowest price in NEPA 12/19/2008

Personalities aside Sullums had the lowest priced wedding gowns in NEPA. I was married last month and can tell you my gown was 25% less than the Christina Wu that other salons were charging in the area. Im not sure what people expect aside from a good price and proper alterations but I can tell you that I would highly recommend Sullums to anyone that is price consious and wants to look their best on wedding day SullumsBridals.com more

Can't go wrong 6/5/2007

Sullum's is a great spot!! My sisters and I bought all of dresses for proms and special occassions. In addition, my one sister and I both bought our wedding gowns here. Their dresses are very reasonably priced and their alterations are done well. They are very good at what they do and I would recommend anyone to this store as I have been using it myself for the past 15+ years! more

I found the selection at Sullums to be very good and did ultimately end up purchasing something there however I had somewhat bad experiences with the help bith when I visited for myself and when I accompanied a friend. The ladies I experienced who worked there were quite pushy and opinionated and were upset that my friend didn't buy a dress right there on the spot and wanted to look around at other stores first. Parking can also be an issue since it is on a busy street. more

Good Place 11/7/2005

Sullum's of Olyphant is a great place to go to buy dresses for everyone in your wedding party. They have a nice variety of dresses. Their prices are also reasonable. The staff at the store is friendly and very helpful. The shop is kept very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend coming here. more

Great place if you are getting married! 9/27/2005

Sullums is a great place to buy your bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses. They are centrally located in Olyphant and very easy to find. The only downfall of their location is that it is on a busy street so parking is sometimes a pain. The ladies who work there are very talented and work very hard to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied. Their selection is excellent too, from bridal gowns to bridesmaid dresses to flower girl and mother of the bride/grown dresses you will definately find what you are looking for at Sullums. more
