Wow, this place is great if you want to get ripped off. I stopped in on my way to NY hoping to get some brake and shock service. Surprisingly (or, as I would find out later, not so surprisingly) they had plenty of capacity to take my job right away. Now, I don't know too much about cars (oops, my fault... I just assumed I wouldn't be ripped off), so when the work order for $2,000 came out after their initial screening, I was shocked. I told them I only wanted the service that was absolutely necessary to make the care safe and functioning properly. The service manager then started plucking off *suggested* items like a $300 O2 sensor replacement (I later learned the part is something like $75 and it take a very minimal amount of labor to replace it). We finally came down to a price of $1,300. $750 to replace the struts on a 1997 Camry (later research revealed that this should have cost somewhere between $400-$500 max. $350 to replace front brake pads. Yep, my fault in a way as I should have done my research (I was in a hurry and my smartphone's battery was dead!) but shame on this scam shop for fleecing its customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Deal with these sleazeballs with caution!
