Just purchased a new Buick Enclave from Phil Pilny. Wasn't even expecting to buy a Buick. The Enclave has all the features I was looking for and things I hadn't even considered. The decision to buy a new car was hard since my van was 15 years old (we bought it new). Phil was so great to answer all the questions my husband and I had. One of the best things about this purchase is the ""No Pressure"" approach. If your looking for a new car check out Sullivan's and ask for Phil. more

Sullivan Buick proved to be second to none. I almost bought a new car from them when I was not even sure if I wanted a Buick Enclave, meaning this was the first dealer I went to on a venture of finding a best deal in the Chicago land area for an SUV that sits 7 with 4 bucket seats. I considered other vehicles like Honda Pilot, went to several other dealers to see what kind of a deal I can get for my trade in and see what the dealer was willing to do for me. Ended up wasting a lot of time and ended up back in Sullivan dealership. Phil Pilny should get props for how he handled my journey through this whole process and the Sullivan team definitely went the extra mile to make me happy, ""the customer"". more

My experience with Geoff Sulkowski and Sullivan Buick was exceptional. Geoff is a kind person and I wanted to make sure anyone who wants to deal with someone who is patient, very down to earth, knowledgeable and respectful knows to ask for him. We had a great experience working with Phil Pilny and Sullivan. We had visited several other dealerships while looking of a vehicle. Some of the other experience were good and some were terrible. Sullivan what by far the best. We were treated courteously and fairly. Everything was explained well and we never felt pressured. I would definitely purchase another car from them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. more

I felt the good vibes as soon as I walked in to Sullivan Buick GMC. The staff is definitely nothing like your typical/nightmare dealers. Cindy Laser was great and is the sweetest! 2 months after my purchase she continues to check up on me to make sure everything is going good! more

We had a pretty darn good buying experience at Sullivan Buick GMC. We found two used Toyota Sienna minivans that were in great shape there and visited the dealership exclusively to test drive them. We were impressed with the dealerships communication before we arrived, quick and friendly service upon arrival, and relatively easy closing process. We weren't crazy with how the price negotiations went (that felt more like a stereotypical used car salesman interaction), but everything else about our experience was top notch. Great dealership! more

I was looking to buy a car but the prices of the cars were beyond my budget. one of my friends told me about the offer Sullivan in Arlington heights. So I went there just to find out what are the deals going on and it was amazing. I never thought of taking a car on lease. But once I visited and spoke to the sales rep I was totally and satisfied and thought why should not go for this. I just took one day to think of this and clarified all my doubts regarding the lease and bought the car in no time. And also the staff are so prompt and fast that they did all the paper work just in no time. I would definitely recommend people to go. more

On Saturday I leased a 2016 Terrain. A few days before that I hadn't even considered a GMC vehicle. Upon the recommendation of a friend I stopped in to the Sullivan dealership and spoke with Dan. He listened to what I was looking for and my lease criteria and worked out a deal that fit my needs. It was one of the smoothest and fastest auto transactions I've ever done! I had a wonderful experience recently at Sullivan GMC when I purchased a certified Acadia. Sullivan in itself is a fabulous dealership overall, which is why I made the drive out there in the first place, but it is their people that even set them higher above the rest in my opinion. People like my salesman Chris Lahey - he was simply the best all around. Purchasing a new/used vehicle can be very overwhelming. Chris did everything right and eased my worry and anxiety and made this a fabulous Experience. He was so knowledgeable - respectful - and- just plain kind! I would recommend Sullivan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and especially make sure your next purchase includes Chris Lahey assisting you! more
