Great Local Thai! 11/27/2011

The reviews I see on this site look to be 6+ years old... My wife and I have been to Sukhothai several times in the last two years and have never had a bad experience or service. Fresh ingredients, clean and great service are the reasons we are return visitors. Give them a try. more

Good Pad Thai 10/2/2008

I like their Pad Thai here. The only thing about this place is it's a little pricy for the quantity you get. I've been to many Thai Restaurants and this place does not serve you a lot of food. It would be nice if they served you for the price you pay for. I would go back to this place for the Pad Thai anytime. more

Very Very bad service 7/7/2005

Took 10 min just to be recognized, they never brought menus, waitress didn't speak english, left out two dishes we ordered,never refilled water, until we had to ask. When asked about left out food, she said she would check on it, but never did. Took over 2 hrs to get food. Rediculous. Also, says it's kid friendly,they only had two high chairs, and never even offered us one, when we needed three. Pros: great food Cons: bad service more

Suisun City's Hidden Gem 3/8/2005

The food perfectly spiced & balanced with flavors. Try the coconut chicken over bead of fried,crispy spinach w/ a side of sweet honey mustard sauce having slight hint of coconut, truly enhances entire dish. Don't forget the Pad Thai noodles w/ prawns: a generous helping of succulent flat rice noodles cooked & seasoned to perfection with a handful of large prawns. The noodles' dressing was just right, not too sweet nor salty or fishy. For dessert, the traditional fried banana with vanilla ice cream topped our delightful meal. Our server circulates from table to table greeting customers w/ an infectious enthusiasm and smile, always making sure our water glasses were always filled. This place is no secret as they have many regulars, but it is hidden away in the Sunset Plaza off of Highway 12. Prices are incomparable inexpensive to most Thai restuarants within Suisun/Fairfield area. Hidden Gem Indeed! Pros: Inexpensive, Good Parking, Family Friendly Cons: Not Romantic more
