While the medical care was satisfactory as far as I know, I will not return to this facility because of the receptionist. I called to ask if a charge for a service that wasn't rendered could be credited to my account. The receptionist repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to answer HER questions and was very condescending and self-righteous. more

Loving Care for you Pet 11/28/2007

Sugarloaf Animal Hospital is the place to take your pet if you want excellent care. My Boston Terrier was very sick when he was a puppy. I took him to this vet, and the person working behind the desk held him in her lap all day to make him feel more comfortable.\r \r The 3 vets that work there are true animal lovers and seem to want the very best for your pet.\r \r This is also a great place to board your dog or cat when you go out of town. The price is very reasonable, and my pets always seem happy when I pick them up. In addition, I haven't had any problems getting an appointment when my animals need to see a Vet because they are sick or because I need to board them for the weekend. more
