Based on Kudzu's reviews, I called SHA to get a second opinion after the dealership I have gone to for years started quoting me high prices and telling me I needed a new PS pump, ...

Worst

They fix the problem (eventually) but every time a new (unrelated coincidence according to them) problem mysteriously pops up just after leaving - "make work" project?

Great costumer service 12/7/2013

My car started over heating during thanksgiving and not many mechanics work on German made cars. I live a hour away and we towed my car to sugar hill automotive so they could figure out what was wrong. They started working on my car right away and explained what could be wrong with it. I don't feel they over price their services. I believe they have great consumer service and my car was fixed in a timely manner. Even though I live a good distance away I will still take my car there. more

Fantastic Customer Service! 11/17/2013

As usual Sugar Hill Automotive is the best! Needed brake work done, and it was done by 2:00 same day!! Even gave me a ride to work! This is the ONLY place I will let work on my car. more

we just moved to this area and found sugar hill automotive thru an ad in a magazine. since it was close to our home we went there. what a surprise! our experience was unlike any other auto maintenance we have ever experience. first, the employees were so professional and friendly. the service people actually came in the super nice waiting area and discuss the work being done. such honest folks there too. the owner Tom came and talked to us. all i can say about sugar hill automotive is, you will never get this kind of service anywhere else. should have a 5 * plus more
