Food is delightful, definitely prepared by someone who knows how to bake. I am always glad to eat at Sugar Bakers and I take every opportunity to tell others about them. more

I don't know what Bubbles problem was but they have some great cakes at great prices. I have never been disappointed by them and yes they do apologize for any problems. I highly recommend them. more

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. My son's 10th bday was coming up and I decided to try someone new. The cake I thought I was getting was everything but what I was expecting. I paid $30 plus tax (prepaid which I will NEVER do again) for a single layer, quarter sheet cake, with hard, crumbly icing. On top of all that the colors in the icing weren't even mixed properly!! The cake looked and tested like it was made days earlier and sat for pick up. When I called to speak with them all they would say was thank you for calling. NEVER I'm sorry you feel this way, offer for partial refund, NOTHING!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO USE THEM!!!! I will also be disputing part of the charges with the bank. I was horrified and even had to go buy extra cupcakes to feed everyone at the party. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! It might have been different if they had at least apologized. more
