Went from poor situation to good. I waited an hour and was going to schedule another appointment when Stacey came out and said that if I wanted, she would do them. I wasn't able to get an appointment with David so I didn't really care who did them. Well, Stacey was nice, polite and efficient. She saved my night..Next year I will gladly make an appointment with Stacey if I am not able to have David. more

We've been going to Stephen Emmerman for 30 years. That is a testament to our satisfaction with his abilities and knowledge. Even after we moved to South Jersey, we come back every year. We couldn't find anyone as competent so we just make a day of it every year. Thanks! more

Tax Time Fun 2/8/2012

Every year I look forward to getting my taxes done with Steve Emmerman of Tax Advisors. We have a few laughs, catch up on travels and get the taxes done at the same time. Steve is quite knowledgeable about the law and the deductions that are permitted. I'm always pleased with the results and usually end up dancing out of the office with a big smile on my face. more

In the 15 years I have been having my taxes done by Suffolk Tax I have had no worries! I always make an appointment for a sit down review of my taxes and my advisor, Jennifer, takes me step by step through my tax return. I am always confident that my taxes are done the right way the first time. I hope to go to Suffolk Tax for another 15 years! No Longer a Customer 2/6/2012

I have been David's client for years and he has never been able to manage his time. My wife and I have been more than patient over the years often having to leave and come back or wait for up to an hour. We put up with the annual lateness because David's tax preparation is acceptable. However, last week we gave up and left - David was already 45 minutes behind. He has not called to apologize/reschedule. Apparently, he doesn't mind losing our business. Disappointing. more
