My girlfriend and I used Sudzland's drop-off service and were happy with it for several months. Then they lost 1/3rd of a batch of clothes because the employee on duty ""had to run out"" and did not pass off the job to her stand-in properly. Not only did we then discover that their 'policy' is to only pay out up to $50 when this happens (the laundry lost cost $145 to replace), but the very employee who lost the laundry made persistent, incredibly offensive attempts to imply that we were somehow doing something shady.
Pros: as long as they don't make any mistakes, they do very well
Cons: when they do make a mistake, you take the consequences, not them
