Sudsies pick up and delivery means my clothes are clean and I don't have to worry about pickup and dropoff. What makes the experience the best, is their superior employees. My clothes come back clean and never reak of too many chemicals. The drivers know their clients and work to accomodate their schedules. I really feel like they are working hard to be the best. In the store, they are organized, efficient, and friendly. Their accounting is flawless. Their tracking is great. I just want to say that Sudsies has the best service in town. Not only do they do the best job on dry cleaning my cloths, the Dry Cleaned my Carpets as well. They did a fantastic job. They also came to my house and cleaned my drapes On Site. I didn't have to take them down. They cleaned them while they were hanging. I was so happy with the job they did; I had them clean my couch and chairs. So not only will your Cloths Love them, your Home will Love them too. Keep up the good work Sudsies!! more

My first experience at Sudsies was a memorable one. It was the day before my good friend's wedding in Michigan and I was about to pack when I realized my dress had gotten something on it while I was moving into my new apartment and I didn't know it! I tried every drycleaner within a one mile radius and everyone said that it couldn't be drycleaned by my deadline. I walked into Sudsies and they promised me they could do it. When I came back the next day, not only did they have my dress done, but I was having so much fun with the people who worked there I ended up staying and chatting with them for 45 minutes. Jason Loeb, one of the owners, was also there, and took out personal time to talk to me. Great service, smiling faces, and an incredible idea. Who wouldn't love their laundry done by someone who picks it up at their door and delivers it back in pristine condition? I love Sudsies and the people who work there. I will never use another drycleaner. more

Their slogan is ""Your clothes will love us"", but I think it's the other way around. Everyone there gets so excited when I call. When I call to blame them for something I misplaced or an item I never sent them, they are nice enough to make believe it's their fault. They never leave me on hold and they have yet to say no to my last minute requests or changes. I really appreciate the scheduled pick up and delivery service. I have lived in many cities all over America and nowhere is there a dry cleaners that even comes close to comparing to Sudsies. They care more about my clothes than I do. They always pick up and drop off right on schedule and do an amazing job. They have the most friendly people working there. Not only do they clean my clothes but I have also had them clean all of mattresses and also dry clean three rugs and a sofa. They were able to remove a red wine stain out of my cream colored couch that I thought was going to end up as trash and made it look brand new. They saved me several thousand dollars. In an era where people are praised for merely doing their job, it's amazing to see a company that rises above the rest and truly makes you feel like you are their only customer. Their service & quality are top notch and if for some strange reason, you aren't somehow satisfied, they'll go out of their way to please you. They've taken care of very delicate items for my wife and have tailored 2 of my business suits. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
