My husband has used Sudley Car Care in the past on other vehicles, so I was familiar with them but had never dealt with them myself. My daughter's Jeep Liberty was broken down and I was working and couldn't get to her. Of course, dad was out of town, and I didn't know what to do. I happened to glance at my wallet and saw that I had Sudley's card.
I called Sudley Car Care, and they were great. I told them that I couldn't get there yet, and they said that would be fine. I asked if they had a towing company they'd recommend because the one I had tried calling hadn't called me back. They did, and that company was very nice to work with, so it showed me that Sudley has good working relationships with companies. I was finally able to meet with the tow truck driver and he was able to drop off the jeep and put the key in the drop box at Sudley's. I really like that they ask how much you're willing to spend, and then they try to keep it well under that amount for you.
They are always super polite at Sudley's and call me with their progress and updates. As a teacher, I go from room to room teaching, and it can be really hard to catch me. They called the Secretary and let her know my car was done. It turned out to be the battery, plus I had them look at a few other things. There were no problems throughout the process.
Businesses, like this one, that have been around for a long time, are often friendly, professional and a lot of people know about them and really like them. I know a lot of the people I work with like them a lot too. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to anybody!
