Came in to get some new glasses because my old frames were literally being held together by some floss. I liked the variety of the frames they had, but I LOVED the prices. The convenience of having it done same day with good service was good too! A lady named Alice helped me and she was exceptional. She took my prescription and told me the best frames for me. And she was honest about what looked good and what didn't. I came back a week later because they were bent and they fixed them with no problem. She didn't have an attitude and she still treated me as if I was going to spend more money. Success Vision seems to have it all together. more

Got 2 pairs of glasses for about $180. One pair I got as sunglasses and both were bifocals. I've had these for about a week now and I don't have any problems. The service was good and the speed of getting the glasses ready was reasonable. My wife actually while I was there made an appointment to get her eyes examined and she'll go to Success Vision to get her glasses. more

What I mean by my headline is that Success Vision has an inexpensive product but doesn't cut-back on quality or service. My husband recently got laid-off, so we had to cut back. As luck would have it, my glasses broke, so I had to get a new pair. I've never shopped here, so I expected ugly and a poorly made product! I was happily wrong. I found a cute pair for about $60 (for everything)! I also decided to browse around to see what else they offered. They have a good selection. I'll be back when we get back on our feet! So, back to my original statement: Inexpensive but not cheap! I got an inexpensive product and service, yet I wasn't treated worse than the person who bought a more higher-end product. I had an excellent experience. My glasses haven't broken, I have the correct prescription and I was treated with respect and courtesy. The only downsides were that they were a lot of customers in there, therefore it was hot. Also, I didn't get my glasses made in an hour or less; it was an hour 20mins, but who's counting??? Lol more

I went in to get their good deal of 2 for $99. I quickly found two pair I liked and they made the glasses in less than an hour. However, they were wrong. They told me since it was a new script I would just have to get used to them, so I tried. The same day the lenses would not stay in the glasses so I went back and they remade both glasses. Still not feeling like the script was correct after two days of wearing them. I went back in and they tested the glasses and one was correct and the other was wrong so they remade those. Still not right I went back to my eye doctor to make sure that the script was correct. He did a second exam and the script was correct. He had some issues with how the glasses were made and wrote some instructions for them. I again (for a third time) went back to have my two pairs of glasses remade. This time they only had enough lenses to make one pair. I told gave them the instructions from my eye doctor and told them he requested them to call before making anymore glasses for me. They went ahead and made them without talking to my eye doctor, and guess what, they were still wrong. Then they told me since they were completly out of lenses they would have to wait 7-10 business days to get them in but while they waited they would contact my eye doctor and call me. The next day, at the end of the day, they still had not called me back so I called them. I got nothing but rude service, they literally told me they would call my doctor ""whenever they had time"" and that it was not a top priority. The weekend went by and so did Monday, still no call from them. I decided to call at the end of business on Tuesday. I asked their refund policy because at this point I was done with dealing with them. They asked if I had glasses I was unhappy with and I told them they had my glasses and didn't seem to care that I spent money on them and would like them. In the end they did refund my money but informed me that if they refund money to anyone they are no longer allowed to do business with them anymore. WOW!! Who would want to do business with a company like that anyways? So what started out as a positive experience quickly turned into a two week nightmare and now I have to start all over again. more

I got my eye exam, then I went next door to get my frames. They had a nice selection. The ones that were on the 2 for $99 section were nice, but I liked the others better. They have something for everyone and for every budget. I picked out 2 frames and made one of them to be a pair for computer reading. I ended up paying less than $170. Not too shabby! more

Came in to get new glasses. Liked the selection and they were relatively inexpensive. I got 2 pairs of glasses for $99 and they were both bifocals. I think it's the best deal in town! more

The ad says ""2 pairs for $99 in an hour or less""....not so. I waited 20 minutes to even see someone. It took five hours to get them done. The $99 is where they START. If you hiccup, they add on $50. It ended up being over $300 for my glasses and now they are bent enough that I need to go get them adjusted. I think I'll go elsewhere next time. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The glasses are adequate, but the advertisement is misleading. more

Went in with my girlfriend because she just had to make sure I picked out a decent pair. Got my eyes tested and that went well. Then we went next door and they had males and females together so that was a little time consuming having to look through everything. But we found a couple pairs that was within my budget. The ones I decided on fell into the 2 for $159 so I did that. I also made one of them into sunglasses, which made my total about $250. Which isn't bad considering I paid $500 for my old pair. Had a good experience. more

My husband has been wearing these OLD glasses that are held together by tape and wire....unacceptable : ) I made an appointment to Dr. Hill. The service was good. He hasn't seen this well in awhile. We then went next door to fill the prescription. Since my husband works on the computer alot he had to get 2 pairs. This works out great because they have this deal where you can get 2 pairs of glasses for $99. He made 1 a bifocal and able to get dark in the sun, and the other was basic. For everything we ended up paying roughly $300. This was perfect since it's the holiday season and we have to buy gifts for everyone. I highly recommend this place! They'll treat you right! more

I know that this business is known for their 2 for $99 glasses, but I went in and I upgraded to a more stylish frame. I mean, the others looked good but they also have more name brand frames. And the best part these were cheaper than other places! They also have a deal that if you buy a frame costing over a certain amount, the lens is free! Pretty sweet I think! Anyway, the staff is very competent. They know their stuff! The manager was very nice and he answered my questions about the different options I had. He was very thorough. And, when I came back saying my prescription was wrong, he kindly told me that the difference is going to take some getting use to. This business is like a little family and I'll gladly come back next time! more

I came in at the recommendation of my boyfriend. And, I must say, he was right (for once) on what style I'd like. Not to mention the price was good. My boyfriend had originally gone in because they have a 2 for $99. I looked at that, but I decided to go a little more expensive because I liked that selection better. I got 2 pairs for around $200, with one of the pairs being prescription sunglasses. They look like they're $300 a pair but I didn't pay near that. I'm impressed with their quality and price. Not to mention the staff is friendly and well trained. more

I don't know what erin444 is talking about, this business is legit! The staff is more than competent and they'll help you leave satisfied. The selection here is great. THey have the cheap, the high-ends and everything else in between. My husband, son and I all needed glasses. They had the practical, simple glasses my husband wanted for work. They also had something for my 15yrs old son (and all you mothers out there with teenage sons know how difficult it is to satisfy them LOL). I also found something stylish for myself (I've gotten several compliments from the people at church and work). We ended up getting 4 pairs, and the grand total was around $400. I liked it at Success Vision. They were very welcoming and they made us feel special, not just dollar signs. Their store is well organized and it makes it easier (and faster) to find what your looking for. I'll definitely recommend it! Pros: Awesome Selection, Friendly Atmosphere, Great Prices Cons: They were a little busy and I didn't get glasses in 1 hr more

This is a terrible business! WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! The staff was terrible. They seemed to know little to nothing about what they are doing. They rushed around and did not take care of me. The doctor was quick and could obviously care less. He made me feel like a distant subject hardly worthy of his care. The eye glasses were EXPENSIVE - seems good at first, but WATCH OUT. They were low quality and I had to go back to get the prescription changed and then get them fixed several times! Pros: nice store Cons: bad staff, esp dr, expensive, bad service more
