Found out I needed bifocals :-( But, the silver lining is that I got 2 pairs of the lined bifocals for $99! I looked around at other places and they charged an arm and a leg. Or, if they were cheaper, they couldn't get it ready till a few days. I got these from Success Vision within an hr and half! more

Success Vision is a good place to get a good price on some nice looking glasses. They have a good variety and something for most price budgets. I got a fun pair that I wear when I'm going out with frames and another pair that I wear to work. I get compliments from both. I recommend this place if you're looking for something nice but you're still on a budget. more

The service here was good. I was impressed by the customer service and as well as the selection. The price wasn't bad either. It was cheaper than I expected to pay for a smaller, convenient store. I'll bring my wife here! I think she'll like the frames and I'll love the bill. more

Great Business! 5/4/2012

Had an excellent experience while at Success Vision. Had my eyes examined then I went ahead and looked at frames right after (a great convenience getting everything done within hours). They had a large variety and and the employees were very helpful. Didn't have my wife with me, so I had to rely on the female workers on what was fashionable. They did a good job because my wife was pleased with my choice. And I was pleased with the price. I was also impressed by the fact that this business goes on mission trips every year. I donated my old glasses at the store. I like it when businesses give back to others. It shows how focused they are on helping/serving others. If you're willing to donate time and money to people who can't help them, they'll definitely help those who are giving them money. I really like this company and I'll give everyone I know their business. more

Good Company 4/24/2012

This was my son's first experience at an eye doctor and he was scared and hesitant. He had his eye exam and when he went to the optical side, the ladies working were friendly and obviously aware that my son was hesitant about being there. They payed special attention to us and explained what they were doing and complimented him on the glasses he tried. I think he had a little crush on one of them : ) The glasses were ready quicker than I thought (the last time I got glasses was 5yrs ago in Memphis). They again made sure everything was feeling good and explained it will be sometime to get used to them since he's never worn glasses before. I'm very impressed by this company! I actually made an appointment to get my eye exam so I can get some glasses from Success Vision! more

Excellent Service 4/19/2012

Had my eyes examined at Dr. Amerine and then I came to Success Vision to pick out glasses. They had a great selection and the prices were excellent. Then I had my wife come in about a month later and they actually had some new styles. We love our glasses. The look and feel are great. more

Great Service! 4/18/2012

I was treated like I would expect at a higher end store. The staff was halpful and assisted me in whatever I needed. They weren't too pushy, but they were willing to answer my questions. When I picked my two frames. I was happy to learn that the prices were about $150 for 2 pairs being able to turn dark in sunlight. I came back a month later because I noticed that they were tight around the ears. They gladly fixed them, and even cleaned them at no cost, no questions asked! This company is very customer friendly, at the right price. more

Done Wrong 4/10/2012

We have been using Success Vision Express for years. My husband's lense came out of his glasses and got stepped on. We called them and was told that all we had to do was pay the insurance since our year was not up yet. We were told it would be a week or so. I called after a week and half and was told that they had to send the lense back due to the transitions were not put on the lense. After a week later a woman from the North Little Rock office called and stated that we were going to have to pay full price due to my husband prescription had expired. She was very rude. When it was all over she stated that she did not want our business and to come get our money. I have never been treated no badly and my husband still does not have his glasses. more

Good Service 3/10/2012

Was greeted when I came in. They had an excellent selection and it was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly too. The only downside was that they were busy so the glasses was done in about close to 2hrs. But with how many people they had in the store, 2hrs is still excellent. more

Good Service! 2/25/2012

I was greeted immediately when I entered the building, despite them being swamped! Then someone came over about 5 mins later to see if I needed help. They were very helpful! They looked at my prescription and said I needed trifocals and it would be better to have a bigger frame. I thought they would only have ugly, old people looking frames, but I saw some fashionable ones that would work with my prescription. They weren't badly priced either. So far, I haven't had any problems with the glasses, the scratch resistant is working and the glasses haven't fallen apart. I'll be coming back for sure! more

Who says Inexpensive and Quality Can't Work Together? 2/20/2012

I was surprised that they have such quality, stylish frames at low costs. Not to mention, the service and the speed of getting the frames was the icing on the cake! The only down side was that they were busy and it took close to an hour and a half to get my glasses. The time didn't bother me as much because the last time I got glasses (somewhere else), it took a day to get them back. So, 1 1/2hrs was quiet the improvement! more

Best in Town 11/8/2011

My German Shepherd chewed my glasses so I had to get some new ones. Needless to say I wasn't in a good mood already, when they told me I had to get a new exam. I did the exam and I came back to look at the frames. The staff didn't irritate me more, actually they uplifted my mood. I found 2 pairs that put my outdated frames to shame. Actually, the wife approves so I guess that's all that matters. She saw mine so now she wants a new pair. more

Great Deal! 10/29/2011

Went in and I was greeted by people who looked like they wanted to be there. I said I saw the $99 bifocal on tv and I wanted that. They showed me the walls that would honor that promotion. I found a couple of styles. Everything was so cute it took me awhile to decide! I ended up asking the opinion of the staff and they helped me narrow it down. I got one pair as my regular glasses and the other as sunglasses. I like these frames and I'll recommend them to my friends and family! Good job Success Vision! more
