Always friendly. The guy remembers what I and dozen others who eat every day there in lunch hours. They are always smiling and never tiring in service. And I love the chocolate chip cookies they make. In busy lunch hour, I can get my sandwich prepared in almost less than a minute. Prices are appropriate and always count the right change back. I am a regular customer here for almost a year now since I moved in spring hill and I've always seen same customer service each and every day. Pros: Quick service and same smiling people more

The person took my order in a broken middle eastern accent and it took a long time for him to understand what I was saying. He purposely attempted to short me some meat and cheese when I demanded he put the required amount of food on the sandwich. He smiled because he was caught red handed! That's when I realized he was playing game with the language barrier he attempted to pass off on me. There was a nasty body odor in the air. The guy reached over and handed me the sub when I realized it was his body odor I was smelling. I paid for the sub and took it home for my wife to eat. I was not going to eat it after I was sickened by body odor! Pros: Go after 5pm and get a 6 inch sub on sale Cons: Smelled awful in the restaurant , person couldn't understand english more
