I visited subay of gaffney for the first time 4-22-08,I had never been treated so bad by a manager before in my life.I asked for vinager on the side because I live several miles from the store plus I got a 12 in sub which I can't eat a whole one at once,but I am sick so I thought I'd get a whole one so I would have lunch tomorrow.I asked for vinager on the side because I like to dip my sub and prefer it not to be soggy.I was told and I quote(We don't buy cups for our customers to get vinager on the side) she was rude and hatefull to me so being that I bought a meal I gave her my cup for my drink to put the vinager in,and was told next time tell the person before I order sub,being there will never be a next time,I feel I was disrespected by the manager and insulted!And I didn't realise I had to be a pshychic to order at a fast food restraunt. Whatever happend to good customer service and selling the customer what they want and not embarrassing them to the point that I asked for my money back and was told no I couldnt get it back I had to have wat she gave me her way.I used to love subway but I feel disgusted at the treatment I got from the manager.Thanks Darla Roberts
