I am shocked at the level of poor customer service I reeived today at this location (Algona/Pacific) by anassociate named Cassandra. The situation began when after completing my order she then told me that they could only accept cash. She then proceeded to point to a hand written note on the front door. When I asked where the closest cash machine was she directed me to the gas station next door. I then went next door; being charged $2 for the machine transaction and another $4 by my bank. I then went back to Subway to pay for my order. When I commented how nice it would have been if they would have mentined only accepting cash before preparing the order it would have been nice. She then began to talk over me and telling me my total not caring one bit about what I had said. After handing her the cash and giving me my change she went on to the next customer while I was still speaking. Then I called the store when I arrived home to ask for her name and her supervisors, I expressed my concern about the poor customer service I had received, meanwhile she was talking to other customers in the background. She then continues to speak over me and then hung up on me. I find her behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. She should not be working in any industry where she interacts with the public.
