i think this is the worst frachise location i have ever been to. eventhough i live just a few blocks away from this location, i seldom come to this store, maybe its just my instinct. but whenever i go to this store, something is always not right. I will limit my bad experience to this two incidents: first was i called in an order or party platter one day for pick up (the only reason i ordered from them is coz the store is on my way to wherever im bringing the sandwiches to) when i picked it up, it was cut into different lengths like somebody blindly just chopped the breads. i was mortified because it was for a business presentation and how embarassing is it to provide a sandwich in a business meeting that look awful!!! i called the manager and complained about the party platter, he promised to send me a coupon for my next order, he never did!
second when i dropped in, they told me they ran out of bread!!!! not just one kind but all of their breads!!!!!! so i told the lady i wanted the same amount of tuna etc that they will put in my sandwich minus the bread & i will just go home and make myself a sandwich out of it. They charged me for the price of a salad which is $2 more than the sandwich if they just have the bread in the first place; i suggest you dont come to this location you will just be frustrated
