My sister ordered her wedding dress with the help of a young lady who works there. There were a few things that we wanted changed in the dress. We specifically went over the details as she took notes and made suggestions. The day the dress was supposed to have arrived was exactly one month before the wedding. The dress was not ready. They said the order was never placed and the girl who helped us was no longer working with them. Once they looked through their files they found the order.The dress didn't arrive until exactly 10 days before the wedding! The dress was completely different than what we had ordered. My sister looked like she had a tail growing out of her behind which they called a corsette. They added a piece of fabric coming from under her behind too which was supposed to have been added to the bottom of the dress as to add length to it - like a normal tail from a wedding gown. It looked like she was wearing a cape on her behind. When we told the manager about the problems with the dress she said the order was placed that way because that's what we asked for!! She said it was our word against the girl who no longer works there so theres nothing she could do!! She was deffensive since the second she heard us say that the dress was wrong. Instead of coming over to help and see what she could do. Obviously she has terrible customer service skills!! How are you going to stand there and tell me what I ordered!! It's a WEDDING GOWN! It's one of THE MOST IMPORTANT DAYS OF A WOMANS LIFE! Do you honestly think we wouldn't know exactly what we asked for!!!! She just said that there's nothing they can do and we have to take the dress like that..and again and again repeating"" That's how you ordered it"" Not only that but we would have to pay more for the alterations made! Which was already part of the final price of gown. I wanted to speak to the owner. He was not there until the following day. I went the following day and he was just as horrible as his staff. First of all as soon as I walked in and asked for the owner. This big fat mean looking man walks towards my sister and I. I don't know about you..but I dont think it seems appropriate for a big fat fashion'less man wearing a ""Cowboy Hat and Cowbow boots"" to work at a Bridal Boutique? Plus he also has several other ""Men"" standing around the shop like body guards. Kind of awkward for a place usually filled with moms and sisters for special occasion dresses. The big man says ""what do you want him for"". So I begin to say why we are there. Turns out the owner was sitting there the whole time but did not say ""here I am"". He waits to hear what I tell the big man and then walks toward me in an angry and aggressive manner!! He begins yelling.. of course already knew the story and was expecting my arrival? I was in shock!! He was rude and loud and kept speaking over me as I was trying to explain the whole situation beginning with the order that was never placed to the mistakes to the unprofessional manager... etc. etc. All he said was ""That's how you ordered the dress"" ""You have to pay for it"" Theres a 20% mandatory fee if you do not buy the dress. I refused to pay them anything!! In fact wanted my deposit back!! After all...everything was their mistake not ours. But he was rude, unprofessional, and was yelling at me!! I could not believe it! I immediately walked away and told him he could keep the deposit but I would make sure a lot of people heard about how TERRIBLE they are! What's interesting too..there was another customer there who was upset and complaining about her daughters XV dress that was not ordered and was being charged to expedite the delivery of her dress! As if it is her fault they have these incompetent people!! Horrible way to treat customers! Do not waste your time or money with these TERRIBLE people!! Do not recommend them!! SHADY that this man needs body guards hanging around his bridal boutique....
