Wish I would have never ordered 11/16/2005

This is the most inconsistant trash company we have ever had. Sometimes they come before sunrise, sometimes after 9pm, and then others not at all. There is never a courtesy phone call about anything, or an I'm sorry. more

It took them almost a year to contact me and tell me that I was sending my payment to the wrong address. They don't always let you know about amended holiday schedules. Sometimes they come at 7 in the morning, other times it's not until later at night. They are very fast and efficient when they do pick up the trash. The guys are really nice and friendly. more

Bad customer service 6/6/2005

I have received terrible customer service from this company. Some days they didn't show up at all because their truck broke. They don't contact you to let you know what was going on. The next week they didn't show up until 6:30pm. This is hours after the normal pick up time. I had already brought my garbage cans back in because I assumed they weren't coming. There response is oh well, we can't get to you until next week. I would give this company a very bad review. more
